Suspended acoustic baffle is a sound absorbing component that is suspended in the upper part of a building space. It usually consists of four parts:
1. Frame: As a support, wood tendons, angle steel or thin-walled steel can be used.
2. Surface layer: Perforated or slotted thin iron sheets, aluminum foil or plastic sheets with a perforation rate greater than 20% and a thickness of 0.1-1.0mm are commonly used.
3. Sound absorbing filler: Generally, porous materials such as ultra-fine glass wool felt, mineral wool felt, asphalt glass wool felt, etc. are used, and materials such as glass fiber cloth with good air permeability and certain strength are used as the masking layer.
4. Hanging parts: Such as metal hanging ears, hooks, bolts, etc.
The side of the sound absorber facing the sound source can directly absorb the incident sound energy. The remaining sound waves are diffracted or reflected to the side and back of the sound absorber through the gap, so that sound energy in all directions can be absorbed.
Width | 600mm/1200mm |
Length | 1200mm/2400mm |
Thickness | 25mm/50mm/100mm |
Material: Space sound absorbers usually use porous materials such as glass fiber wool and mineral wool as sound-absorbing fillers, and materials with good air permeability and certain strength such as glass fiber cloth as covering layers.
Features: Space sound absorbers have the characteristics of less material, light weight, low investment, high sound absorption efficiency, flexible layout and convenient construction.
Space sound absorbers are widely used in indoor gymnasiums, radio stations, TV recording studios, studios, schools, gymnasiums and National Grand Theater.
It is mainly used to reduce the reverberation time in halls and factory workshops, improve sound quality and reduce noise.
Improve sound absorption efficiency: Space sound absorbers can increase the effective sound absorption area, thereby improving sound absorption efficiency.
Reduce reverberation time: effectively reduce the reverberation time in large halls and workshops, and improve the sound quality.
Flexible layout: the installation location is flexible and can be designed and arranged according to specific needs.
Decorative effect: various shapes and layout methods can enhance the decorative effect of the interior.
